Dan has developed three different height size HexTrainer Bases. The Large HexTrainer is called the Original. This size is for beginner to Olympic level. The medium HexTrainer ( The Challenger) is for the more Experienced gymnast up to elite or Olympic level. The small HexTrainer is for the Elite or Olympic level gymnast. This HexTrainer is called the (Elite).

The HexTrainer System and accessories were developed by Olympian Daniel Hayden who has been involved in the sport of gymnastics for 51 years. Dan has been coaching for 44 years and owned his own gymnastics academy for 27 years in Evans Georgia.
