The Original Hayden HexTrainer is a safe and fun gymnastics event that coaches can train their athletes with great ease. They will have the easiest time teaching on the HexTrainer because the HexTrainer does the teaching for them. By breaking down the skills into six progressions your gymnast(s) will be flying through the fundamentals in no time.

The small size HexTrainer Top accommodates gymnasts from ages 7 to 12. 

The medium HexTrainer Top accommodates gymnasts ages 12 to 15 depending on  the size of their shoulders and the width they prefer.

The large HexTrainer Top will accommodate ages 16 through college age.
