TESTIMONIAL FROM AN EXPERT

“In my opinion, the Hayden Hex trainer represents the most significant development for pommel horse training in the last half century! Its unique design gives gymnasts the opportunity to train the more complex circular elements in an incremental fashion, while always using the pommels themselves as the actual base of support! From both the biomechanical, as well as the motor, learning perspectives, the HexTrainer’s design not only maintains a high level of specificity training as it relates to pommel horse elements but also it provides for part whole learning, the universally accepted method for efficient, effective motor learning.

“NATURAL EXTENSION TO THE MUSHROOM”

The Hayden Hex trainer is clearly the natural extension to the mushroom and, as such, should be required event in all national, gymnastics, men’s developmental programs. If you’re looking for proof of concept, simply let your gymnast train on it for a while, and you’ll quickly discover why the Hayden Hex trainer will become the great Seperator between the champion, and the would be champion!”
